Ways to Pay

There’s more than one way to Pay your Rent!

At EverStar, we believe in making rent payments an easier process by offering a variety of options to fit your specific circumstances. Here you can find information on the options available to you and how to go about getting set up for each.

When is Rent Due?

Before we get into payment methods, first thing’s first. Rent is always due on the first day of each month and becomes late as of 5:00 PM on the 5^th day of each month. Late fees will be posted automatically.

How Can I Pay?

We currently offer 4 Options for paying your rent, described here:

Pay Online With Tenant Portal
Our favorite for its ability to be set up for automatic monthly payments, you can pay your rent through our Tenant Portal from this website. To get started, either click the Tenant Portal link here and choose “Sign-Up” or send an email to “accounting@everstarrealty.com” with a message including your full name, phone number, mailing address and property address. Whichever method you choose, you will then receive an email with a link to set up your account and plug in your payment information for manual or automatic payments.

Please note, if you pay by E-Check there is now a $2.49 fee as of July 31, 2023. If you pay by credit or debit card, there's a service fee of $10. This fee is new and comes from Appfolio itself and is not within EverStar's control. Please be sure to read the instructions when using your chosen payment method.
Pay In-Person with Checks, Money Orders or Cashier Checks
Our main office is open from 9-5 Monday-Thursday and 9-4 on Fridays to accept payments at the front desk or through our secure Dropbox, located to the right of the main door, at any time. If paying by check please specify your rental address in the memo field. Do note that hours can occasionally vary based on holidays, staff events and weather. We do our best to notify you of any irregular hours on our Social Media channels such as our Facebook.
Pay by Mail with Checks, Money Orders or Cashier Checks
We also accept payments mailed to the main office in the forms listed above. If paying by check, please specify your rental address in the memo field. Please be aware of our rent due dates and mail your check several days ahead of time to avoid any late fees. These payments must be mailed to: EverStar Realty, 1920 N. Pittsburgh Street, Suite A, Kennewick WA 99336.
Pay at Participating Stores With PaySlip
This new payment method allows you to pay your rent with cash by making your payment at participating stores around town. To get started, read full details here and reach out to your Property Manager or call the main office to get your PaySlip printed or emailed from your Tenant Portal!
